About Me
Here to Help You
At the heart of my work is the belief that we all have the capacity for growth, healing, and change – sometimes we just need the right space to explore it. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can feel truly heard, whatever you’re going through.
I’ve worked with clients facing a wide range of issues – from anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem to relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions – and I’m committed to offering a safe, compassionate space where you can begin to make sense of your experiences and find a way forward.
I know how important it is to feel comfortable with your therapist, so our work together will always move at your pace, with care and collaboration at the centre.

My Experience
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), committed to high professional and ethical standards.
I’m qualified to work with individuals, couples, young people, and families, including sibling relationships. My diverse experience enables me to support a wide range of relationship dynamics and personal challenges with compassion and professionalism.
My core training is in Person-Centred Humanistic counselling. I also draw on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and Therapeutic Coaching, allowing me to tailor support to each client’s unique needs.
SFS Training
Alongside my counselling practice, I run a successful Mental Health and Suicide Prevention training business – SFS Training.
This work enhances my therapeutic approach, giving me deeper insight into the challenges people face and equipping me to support clients in crisis with care, clarity, and confidence.
