My Therapy & Approach
I’m trained in Person-Centred Humanistic counselling, which places empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard at the heart of the therapeutic relationship.
Alongside this, I draw on other effective approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psycho-education, and Therapeutic Coaching.
This integrative style allows us to shape our sessions around your individual needs, supporting meaningful personal growth and deeper self-understanding.

My Counselling Services
Individual Therapy
Individual counselling offers a safe, confidential space for you to explore whatever’s on your mind – whether that’s a specific issue, a period of change, or a general sense that something isn’t quite right.
It’s a collaborative process, centred around your needs, where you can deepen self-understanding, work through challenges, and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.
Couples Therapy
Couples counselling provides a space for partners to explore their relationship in a safe, respectful environment. Whether you’re facing ongoing challenges, recovering from a rupture, or simply want to strengthen your connection, it offers the opportunity to improve communication, deepen understanding, and rebuild trust – together.

Your Therapy, Your Way
Online Counselling
I offer counselling sessions online via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, making it easy to connect from wherever you are, at a time that works for you.
For some clients, this flexibility is essential due to geography, busy schedules, or family commitments. Others simply value the ease and comfort of accessing support from a familiar space. Online counselling can help remove barriers to therapy, making it easier to fit into your life in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.
Face-to-Face Counselling
I also offer face-to-face counselling sessions in Frittenden, Kent. My counselling room at home is a peaceful, welcoming space designed to help you feel at ease.
Many clients prefer in-person sessions, as they offer a clearer sense of connection, presence, and emotional grounding. Being physically in the same space can foster a stronger therapeutic bond and create a greater sense of safety and support – something that can feel especially valuable when exploring sensitive or deeply personal issues.
Your first step
If you’d like to explore whether we’re a good match for this journey of connecting the dots, I offer a free 30-minute consultation.
This can be held online or face-to-face – whatever feels most comfortable for you.
